Welcome to Vaivene. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products and pricing
We try to show every product, color, and detail as accurately as possible. Slight variation in color may occur due to screen settings and photography. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and may change without prior notice.

Orders
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. For orders outside Dhaka, a Tk 150 advance is required to confirm the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of incorrect information, suspected fraud, or stock issues.

Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery inside Dhaka City, bKash, and our EPS payment gateway. For outside Dhaka, the advance delivery charge must be paid to confirm the order.

Shipping and returns
Delivery, return, and exchange are handled as described in our Shipping Policy and Return and Exchange Policy.

Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Vaivene name, logo, designs, images, and text, belongs to Vaivene. It may not be copied or used without our written permission.
